June 6th - June 9th, 2024

1. Click “view rates” for the hotel of your choice showing adequate availability
2. Review the information and click “Book My Team”
3. Complete the Hold a Group Block” form and submit. You will not be charged for the team reservations by placing a hold block.
4. Your team’s reservation link will be immediately sent to the email address you entered on this booking site. Forward this email with the booking link to all players, coaches and parents, along with the tournament stay to play policy.

1. Click on the provided reservation link.
2. Choose your room type and click “book rate”.
3. Complete the entire reservation form. Check the terms and conditions box. Accept the fee box, then click “Confirm Reservation.”
4. An email with a reference number (ARNXXXXX) will be immediately sent to you. Your room is reserved. Retain that number and the email address you used to register.
5. Closer to the tournament date, a second email will be sent to you with the confirmation number assigned by your host hotel.
